Stud Muffin vs KFC
Today I was invited to lunch with a colleague. I took my Rokit Fuel Stud Muffin with soymilk to the lunch and joined the crew for KFC. I was able to socialize and enjoy the company without screwing up my routine. It actually worked very well. As I looked at what they were having, I determined to do some homework. Here's what I found regarding the nutrition facts of each meal. You may find this both informative and motivational. I don't have alot of faith in nutrition facts as a clear guide to what we should take in, but these numbers speak volumes about who might have felt the best as the 2:00 PM drowsies hit.

Why Rokit Fuel for Lunch?
Being the founder of Rokit Fuel obviously makes me bias toward my own products. If you knew where the recipes came from and why they exist, it would help. But for now, let me explain why I am hooked on this stuff. Since its creation as a product as early as 2006, I have eaten Rokit Fuel at least several times each week. Before that, I messed in the kitchen a few times a week creating hot cereals, roasted milled grains, or other Rokit Fuel-like products that had a similar affect on me after eating it.
With its healthy blend of grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, bee pollen, gotu kola and maca root, Rokit Fuel provides a perfect compliment to a healthy diet. Having living foods in the morning for breakfast is just as important as having Rokit Fuel for lunch, which in turn is just as important as having fish and vegetables and salads and bread for dinner. They all work together to form a very, very nutritious regimine.
Some people look at the nutrition facts on Rokit Fuel and are surprised and maybe a little taken aback by the amount of calories, number of carbs, fats and sugar. But when you consider that your entire lunch consists of 520 calories (including the soy milk or yogurt), it really isn't that much. Consider the amount of fiber that you may not get in the other two meals.
So, no apology from me about Rokit Fuel. It works hand in hand with the other meals to make me feel like Superman, even at my age. Don't rely too much on the nutrition facts label. Instead, use your own body as a test laboratory and ask yourself how you feel while you eat it, then 30 minutes after eating it, and then again three hours later. I feel confident your one-person test laboratory will report good things about what you are eating.
